We set up your Dialed number

We'll give you a local 808 number that's dedicated to your practice. This is the number that catches your missed calls. Your patients never see it — it works behind the scenes.

Forward your calls when you can't answer

On your office phone, set call forwarding to your Dialed number when the line is busy or nobody picks up after 4 rings.

Spectrum Business phone

Dial *92, then your Dialed number, then #.

Generic landline / VoIP

Call your phone provider and ask them to set up "call forwarding on no answer" to your Dialed number.

Cell phone (backup)

iPhone: Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding → enter your Dialed number.

Test it

  1. Call your office line from your cell. Let it ring. Don't pick up.
  2. Within 60 seconds, you'll get a text from your Dialed number.
  3. Reply to the text. Your front desk gets a notification.
  4. That's it. You're live.
